The apartment is in a suburban area within easy access to local
shops and supermarkets with the beach 1 mile away. There are local shops, a supermarket and restaurants 5 minutes walk away.
The Playa Flamenca Commercial centre us about 10 - 15 minutes walk away and has a variety of bars, pubs and restaurants.
The nearest beach, Playa Flamenca, is about 20 minutes walk
away with Punta Prima and La Zenia beach slightly further afield. There are 7 blue flag beaches within the Torrevieja area,
a few minutes drive away. These range from active beaches with a full range of water sports, activities & services to
secluded rocky and sandy coves. There is plenty of street parking for cars by the beach. The beaches are family friendly and
even at peak time do not appear over crowded. Most of the beaches are made up for fine golden sand. All of the major beaches
have first aid posts and refreshment areas. La Zenia beach has a large pyramid climbing frame, a must for all youngsters.
Also worth a visit are the beaches at Guardamar and Mar Menor
(Los Alcazarez) with the La Manga strip and its beaches about 40 minutes away. |
